Empirical Analysis on Logistics Park Planning in Jiangxi Province

Abstract

Logistics Park is emerging as a new kind of logistics infrastructure during the recent decade in China.From October 2008 to May 2009,Jiangxi communication transportation and logistics association(JXCTLA) together with East China Jiaotong University(ECJTU) investigated the logistics parks of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province.Firstly,this paper explained the concept of the logistics park.Secondly,this paper described the status quo of the logistics parks of 11 cities in Jiangxi province.Then this paper pointed out the problems of planning and construction of the logistics parks of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province.Finally,this paper provided the local government and enterprises with reference and implications on planning and constructing the logistics parks.
