Abstract
As a new kind of live bacterial preparation, probiotics can site in intestine, and protect the balance of bacteria, and stimulate mucosal immunity in intestine, and evoke the humoral and cellular immunities.Probiotics can directly act on the immune system, and stimulate the development of immune organs. The immune organs include thymus gland and spleen and bursa of fabricius. It can promote the vitality of macrophage, and exert the action of adjuvant, and activate gut mucosal associated lymphoid tissues, and increase the secretion of sIgA,raise the biosynthesis of sIgA,and enhance the immunologic function of digestive tract.
