Abstract
Efficient digital transmission technology abroad used in modern wireless communication system results in non-constant envelope RF signal;at the same time,high-speed data transfer needs higher Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR).All of these mentioned hereinbefore requires the good linearization of the Power Amplifier(PA).An improved Least-mean-square algorithm based polynomial predistortion algorithm was proposed. This algorithm, with priori-information used, can obviously improve constringency speed while costing a little complicacy.Meantime this improved polynomial predistortion was implemented in the design of the linear PAs,and the simulation results show its good performance in the reduction of distortion.
