Abstract

Since the introduction of bidding system in project construction from early 1980s,a lot of progress has been seen in the bidding sector with the improvement of project bidding system.Because planned economys influence on project construction in our nation,there are some prob- lems in the bidding practice.The essay discusses those related issues and proposes a few of ideas about bidding.
