Abstract
From 1890 to1914, the federal government of the United States,made and carried out the antitrust policy,pushed by the people's antitrust campaign.Carrying out the antitrust policy corrected the mistake of the trust system to some extent, stabilized social orders, promoted the development of the monopoly capitalism and laid a foundation for the development of the antitrust policy.
