Based on analyzing current medical information resources organization and service tendency,the paper discusses the key technology and developing mode of medical information resources organization.The key technologies include topic map,classification,bibliographic information resources integration technology FRBR,P2 P,integration of the heterogeneous resources.The development modes include medical information resources navigation,SFX seamless links,matadata-based integration.
