Abstract
School training base is the must place where vocational colleges carry out teaching and improve the quality of teaching.It is also the prerequisite of doing a good job in the practice of teaching and enhancing students practical ability.Features and positioning accuracy for practice teaching base and adaptability for based management model are the key issues of training base construction and management.Subject group made a number of its own views with practical significance by conducting an investigation for more than 10 vocational institutions.However,the establishment and operation for the model should carry out by specific circumstances of different colleges.Some of the things still need to be supplemented and improved.
