Abstract

The innovation triple helix model is an innovation systematic theory used to study the relationships between university,industry and government.Currently,the research on triple helix is increasing rapidly abroad.Based on the brief review of basic viewpoints,it summarizes the recent development of innovation triple helix,including discussion on its basic structure,extension of research objectives and applications,measurement and tests.It tries to provide reference to related researchers and policy-makers.
