Promoting Agricultural Leapfrog Development through Innovating Sci-tech Service Mode

Under the new situation, the innovation of aci-tech service mode is very important for accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promoting the agricultural modernization and the construction of new socialist countryside.
