On the Musical Descriptions in ZHANG Ai-ling's Novel Writing

Abstract

Zhang Ai-ling once said that she didn't like music very much,but the notes of musical instruments frequently appear in her novels.Zhang Ai-ling let music play in her novels,which enhance the art expression of her novels.This paper will probe into Zhang 's profound self-cultivation on the art of music,analyzing her music description;dig the special value of estheticism,investigating the vitality of the music in her novels.
