Abstract
In modern electronic warfare, the outboard active decoy jamming against missile radar is an effective measure. The principle of outboard active decoy interference is introduced. The anti-ship missile with active/passive combined guidance was adopted in an ECM experiment to prove the validity of outboard active decoy jamming.A combat environment model and missile radar signal processing model were established,to simulate the whole attack process(target search, tracking and hiting) of anti-ship missiles in the experiment. The simulation result is input into the simulation assessment model to evaluation the performance of anti-ship missile in the whole attack process. The evaluation results show that the outboard active decoy can successfully deceive the anti-ship missile seeker and the missile radar with active/passive combined guidance.
