Some Reflections on Higher Education Adapting to the new Century and Reinforcing Integrative Moral Education

In view of the new political economic and social cultural development both at home and abroad in the 21st century,higher education must set up an organization network and work system to carry out integrative moral~ education so as to bring into full play the integral function of various ~elements responsible for moral education~ and improve~ the effect of moral education.
