Abstract
Software development methods of the present automatic test system(ATS) are analyzed and compared in this paper.A general ATS software implementation method based on test parameters is proposed. The test instrument and the parameters are mapped one by one first, and then the test software development procedure is simplified by applying open instrument resources management mode and controlling the test flow using the mapping stored in the database. The proposed ATS software development method makes the software more flexible and generalized. The test results show that the software works well and meets application demands.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
