Abstract

Objective:To investigate the status of benzodiazepine drugs(BZD) application for psychiatric inpatients.Methods:To analyze all the mental inpatients of using BZD in 2006.Results: 170 of 591 inpatients used the BZD,who were 28.76%,the dependence of BZD is 32.94%.The kinds of using BZD were Clonazepam,alprazolam,estazolam,zopiclone,lorazepam,diazep-am,nitrazepam in turn.Conclusions: The dosage and cause of BZD application for inpatients are reasonable,but we should not use them for a long time,or they will lead to decency.
