Abstract
The acid leaching of an iron ore containing copper from a foreign country was researched in this paper.The effects of dosage of sulfuric acid,leaching time,ratio of liquid to solid,rotation speed and leaching temperature on the leaching rate were examined.The results show that when the dosage of sulfuric acid is140kg/t,the leaching time is 60min,the ration of liquid to solid is 3∶1,the rotation speed id 300r/min and the leaching temperature is 80℃,the leaching rate of copper is 73%.Meanwhile,containing 0.24% Cu of leaching residue is obtained.When the proper ore blending is adopted to the leaching residue,the iron concentrate of about 0.2% is obtained.High-effective utilization of copper-iron resources is realized.
