Abstract
The labor value theory of Marxism should be developed under the prerequite that we adhere to the basic theory.The main issue is how to recognize the theory of labor value.Enterprise management is labor or not that should be cognited in productive relationship.The third industry can creat value that be proved from Marxism's theory.The key of Marxism's labor value theory is development and praise labor.
