Abstract
As the global competition becomes violent and the augment of economic uncertainty,the supply section in the whole lifecycle of the product and the supply chain system are paid more and more attention to than the production process in the enterprise.The concept of supply chain and supply chain management are discussed, as well as the constitution and function of supply chain,and some strategies of implementing supply chain management in chinese enterprises are put forward.
