Abstract
In order to evaluate the stability of injection and powder form of interferon α2b, the cytopathogenic effect (CPE) was applied to assay the antiviral activity of them that stored for different periods of time at 4℃, and compared with those of standard interferon. The results showed that injection and powder are of the same antiviral activity even though after two years of storage, and showed better protective effect on cells than that of standard interferon. It demonstrated the stability of injection and powder form of interferon α2b are reliable.
