Abstract

China is a agriculturally a big country with lots of farmers.Research on all China's important issues should be based on this fundamental national condition.If we do not deal with issues of countryside,agriculture and farmers appropriately,we will face difficulties in our modernization process.The biggest constraint to China's modernization drive is not in cities,but in the countryside.Only through treating farmers well,Can China has a stable and prosperous future ahead.
