The clinical value of fefal malformation Curing early pregnancy and in pregnancy by color Doppler ultrasonography

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonography in prenatal screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations during early pregnancy and in pregnancy.Methods:817 cases of early pregnancy and in pregnancy women were as color screening examiners.Result:16 cases of fetal malformations were founded when we were using color doppler ultrasonography examination,all cases were confirmed by chromosomal and pathological examination.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography screening of fetal malformation of early pregnancy and in pregnancy have a higher clinical value and should be as a routine and preferred method of early pregnancy and in pregnancy.
