New Certificateless Signcryption Scheme

Abstract

A certificateless signcryption scheme is proposed. New scheme only requires one pairing operation in the signcryption phase and four pairing operations in the unsigncryption phase. Compared with the existing schemes,the new scheme is more efficient. For security requirements,this new scheme satisfies confidentiality,unforgeability and public vertifiability.
