Abstract

The contents of trace elements Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu and Cd in six tea samples, purchased in the market of Hohhot, were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry. The correctness of the method was verified by the recovery test. The results showed that in the samples there are abundant necessary elements Mn,Fe,Zn,and Cu without harmful element Cd.The recovery is in the range of 92.45%~103.13%.The method is proved to be simple, rapid, sensitive, precision and easy to operate.
