Abstract

The county economy and the central city economy are two important components of the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone and both serve as an important carrier of co-ordinating industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.At present the development of urban and rural economy in Henan Province is highly uneven.The paper points out the essence of the deficiencies in the county economy in Henan Province and thus makes clear the path of the county economic development.
