Abstract

Objective To explore the Application of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebral vascular disease. Methods 97 cases from 2010 October to 2013 December in our hospital were allcollected and were randomly divided into study group 49 cases and control group of 48 cases. Two groups were observed in patients with nutritional support after the utritional index nd NIHSS core and omplications were all compared. Results Research roup of erum albumin, hemoglobin, cholesterol and triglycerides were igher than those in the control group, the two groups, significant difference(P 0.05).1D group two patients,no significant difference(P 0.05);the study group after the treatment of 21 d with NIHSS was significantly less than that of the control group, the two groups, significant difference(P 0.05).Study group the incidence of complications was 20.41%,significantly lower than the control group37.50%,two groups, significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe acute cerebral vascular disease and reduce the incidence of complications.
