Abstract

The 16th CPC National Congress has taken “developing socialist democracy and building socialist political civilizationas an important goal for building a well-off society in an all-round way.This is the positive response to the impact of globalization by Chinese Communists with the character of keeping pace with the times.As for political civilization,its essence lies in democracy.To establish a socialist political civilization,it is necessary to be devoted to the development of socialist democracy.
