Reflection on Exploring a Permanent Mechanism for Improvement of Party Members' Education and Management

Abstract

Strengthening and completing Party members' education and management is a fundamental task to build grassroots organization of the Party and is also the groundwork for intensifying study-practice activity.In the process of social transformation and oilfield sustainable development,a significant issue the grassroots Party organization faces is to cope with new problems in Party members' education and management,further enhance grassroots construction,constantly increase cohesiveness and strength of the Party members,and make sure of applying the Party's line,principles and policies to grassroots organization of the Party.
