Abstract

The Cementing technology was developed on how to improve the natural gas wells’ cementing quality of Quaternary fragmentation strata gas-field. The result shows that gas channeling and mud loss are the bottle neck, which affects the cementing quality and operation safety. Some measures should be taken to deal with it, such as using filtrate reducer that is anti-channeling, as well as other additives, to reduce the buffer time of thickening and gel. By introducing low-temperature and low-density early strength cement slurry, and coordinated by interpolation method, the percent up to standard rate of the surface casing cementing is 100%, of which 85% is of high quality. As well as using two-stage anti-channeling and tough-swelling-sealing cement slurries, the cementing quality in technical and gas-zone casings are the same as the surface casing.
