Abstract
The Social Mentality Blue Book in early 2013 displayed the society overall trust in China is below the level of cut-off score.Government credit,as the first social credit,is on the focus.Currently, absence of government credit exists commonly. The cause is the absence of normalization and institutionalization. The government credit is related to the harmony and stability of the country, the government's development, and the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, which is the core of the social credit system. Therefore, the current priority should be to strengthen the government credit normalization and institutionalization to ease the increasingly acute social conflicts and reshape the relationship between the government and the people. The paper proposes to build a credit system of China's government to improve the supervision system and establish a credit rating and incentive mechanism pathway.
