Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of ambroxol on the pharmacokinetics of terbutaline in healthy volunteers.Method: 20 volunteers were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The blood concentration of terbutaline was determinated with HPLC method, the main pharmacokinetics parameters of terbutaline were calculated with 3p97 software. Results: The main parameters of pharmacokinetics of terbutaline in trial and control group were:t1/2(5.56±0.42)h and(3.18±0.29)h;AUC0~∞(59.59±11.67)h·ng·mL-1 and(47.18±10.41)h·ng·mL-1;tmax(2.33±1.05)h and(3.04±1.59) h;Cmax(10.51±3.02)ng·mL-1 and(8.23±2.36)ng·mL-1 respectively. Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride has an significant influence on the pharmacokinetics of terbutaline with extending of elimination half-life and retention time in vivo.
