The Shackles,Characteristics and Value Orientation of Competitive Sports: Based on the Traditional Guiding Ideology Reconsidering

The traditional guiding ideology of competitive sports ismaterial-orientedand gold medal first. Under this guidance,our competitive sports made brilliant achievements,but it also appeared a lot of problems such as athletes' sport life shortening,lacking of education and corruption. Establishing apeople-orientedguiding ideology has sufficient theoretical and practical basis,and it displays many characteristics and value orientation superior to traditional guiding ideology. The change of guiding ideology is the premise and basis of the change of competitive sports development path. The authors suggest that the change of competitive sports guiding ideology should be based on harmonious society,scientific development. We should consider the harmonious development of gold medal and human ininclusive growthway.
