Continuous Development of the Ideology of Poetry after Dynasty Alternation from Ming to Qing

With regard to the ideological evolution of poet ry after dynasty alternation from Ming to Qing, the author believes that there w as a course starting from “poetry expresses will” as style of poems during dyn asty alternation and approaching towards “gentle and kind” as the style of poems rising in the middle period of Shunzhis reign. This course reflected that t he aesthetic accumulation in traditional ideology of poetry had its rational and undeniable significance. This course also precipitated the continuous extension of style theory of poets in Ming Dynasty to the circles of poets in the early Q ing.
