Objective Observation of lacrimal drainage tube implants in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction effect of clinical care.Methods The treatment of 56 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction on 68 eyes,using the silicone rubber lacrimal drainage tube implants.Preoperative lacrimal washing,to determine whether lacrimal(ducts) obstruction,and to inspect without lacrimal secretions.Preoperative communication,psychological during operation,post-operative health education.Results Lacrimal drainage tube implantation has fewer complications and significant effect than the original treatments.Conclusion Lacrimal drainage tube implants in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction is a simple,safe,effective,low-cost,fewer complications,the appearance of the method will not be affected.Good pre-operative psychological preparation,intraoperative skilled technical,careful post-operative care,and adhere to follow-up are the protections of a successful surgery.
