The Job Crime of Judicial Official in Qin and Han Dynasty

Abstract

In Qin and Han Dynasty,the tallest ruler has already started using the law form to norm the behavior of judicial official,cured them which profaned job or abused law in the judicial activity.This text tried to analyse the main type at that time,and its corresponded sanctions.Analyze the influence to the Tang law in the meantime,emerge the mutual relation that Qin,han,Tang law thus.
