Abstract
Based on the artistic quality of literary translation,the limitation of aesthetic creativity and the dependence of literary translation on culture,this paper discusses the equivalence of literary translation from formal,semantic,pragmatic and stylistic point of view.This paper suggests that semantic equivalence can be obtained first in literary translation;meanwhile pragmatic equivalence and stylistic equivalence can also be considered.
