Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the problem that the small area object of the area file in MAPGIS platform is often covered and can not be visualized. It also introduces the solution to the problem by using Visual C++ 6.0 as the developing language, the library provided by MAPGIS second development and API function. Furthermore, it describes the conversion program has a good effect in the work. Finally, some suggestions are made.
