Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of detecting CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect and analyze CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of 43 patients with lung cancer(group A)and 20 healthy adults(group B)before and after operation.Results The expression of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells was significantly higher in group A than that in group B(P0.01),which was lower on the 30th postoperative day than that before in group A(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients is increased.A decreased expression of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells after resection of lung cancer suggests that the immune function recoveres in a certain extent.
