Abstract
Murine splenocyte was harvested after the mouse was stimulated by PMA, the cells were extracted for total RNA and RT-PCR, and IL-15 eukaryotic express plasmid was then constructed. COS-7 cell line was transfected by this plasmid, supernatant and the cells were harvested. The supernatant was serially by diluted to detect the bioactivity and express level by western blot. This recombinant murine IL-15 eukaryotic plasmid can increase immune response as DNA vaccine adjuvant potentially.
