Comparison of therapeutic effects of different craniotomies in treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of the traditional craniotomy and endoscope-assisted craniotomy with small bone window in treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into bone window group(30 cases) and traditional group(30 cases).Therapeutic effects and prognosis condition were respectively compared and analyzed.Results The improvement rate of patients in the bone window group(93.3%) was higher than that in the traditional group(73.3%).The excellent and fine rates of the patients in the bone window group(56.7%) were higher than that in the traditional group(30.0%)(P0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by endoscope-assisted craniotomy with small bone window is a very effective way and worthy applying clinically.
