Abstract
Soil enzymes play an important role in the cycle of C,N,P,S and other elements as bio-activator.Activities of soil enzymes are correlated closely with soil fertility. Many measures of ISFOM affect soil enzyme activity directly or indirectly.Activity of soil enzymes can be used as one of the parameters of soil fertility evaluation. The study of activity changes of all kinds of soil enzymes is very important to reveal the process, direction of transformation of soil organic matter and the mechanism of soil nutrition development.
