A citizen's right to portrait belongs to himself only. The collectiveness has no the right to the collective right to portrait, so the commercial use of the collective portrait should be admitted by every individual with his figure in it. He singing the contract to agree to the use of his portrait by relative organizations doesn't mean that he allow the relative organizations to re-authorize the use of his portrait by others.
