Analysis for the Hydropower Station Monitoring Systems of Upper Reaches of Yellow River Connected to the Cascade Dispatching System

Through analysis of the cascade hydropower stations control center network structure and monitoring system access range,the connecting scheme of hydropower station monitoring systems is put forward,which meets the requirements of the power grid dispatching automation system.Then information collection and delivery method is proposed,which is combined with the function requirement of the cascade hydropower dispatching system,by reference to the technical regulation DL 5003—91 issued by the former Energy Department.Finally,the interconnecting method of the cascade dispatching monitoring system with the Northwest Dispatch Automation System,the corresponding system of the China Power Investment Corporation and computer monitoring systems of each cascade hydropower station are put forward.The cascade dispatching monitoring system has been put into operation,and passed the operation test.This system is significant for the future research and operation of other cascade dispatching monitoring systems.
