Abstract

Objective: To observe whether bone marrow stromal cell line QXMSC1 can accelerate the hematopoietic reconstitution soon after bone marrow transplantation (BMT ). Methods: The effect of QXMSC1 on hematopoietic stem cell was observed by colony forming unit of spleen(CFU-S). The effects of QXMSC1 on hematopoietic prognitors were studied by two methods, semi-solid agar colony culture was used to observe the number of progenitors of Granu loc ytes/ macrophage, and the microanalysis of methylcellulose to measure the erythroid progenitors (CFU-E、BFU-E) on day 10 or day 20 after BMT. Results:QXMSCl significantly increased the number of CFU-S, of karyocytes, of CFU-GM and CFU-E on day l0 after BMT. In addition, BFU-E were enhanced on day 20. Conclusion: These results indicate that bone marrow stromal cell line QXMSC1 tramplanted together with marrow cells can accelerate the hematopoietic reconstitution soon after BMT.
