Abstract
The system of official teachers in ancient China asready took shape in the Han Dynasty. The teachers of the imperial college and local school were government officials, on the other hand they were teachers. Their official position was low, but official career was smooth. The selecting system and promote and so on Came into being. They hoped to get higher rank and not ready to be a teacher permanently.
