In classification of discipline, philosophy of economy was mostly classed the branch discipline of application philosophy by academical fields, which has ignored that the economics discipline contains the philosophy of economy as well .As a result, there are a variety of discussions pointless between philosophers and economists in which both sides adhere to themselves ideas in which the research within each discipline was actually regarded as the new fusion discipline by mistake. It will result in a bad effect that the contents of research of new fusion discipline is shadowy, weak and repeat. And then the necessity of the new discipline establishment will be questionable. This paper hold, only classing philosophy of economy in the light of three dimensions direction can we get rid of lots of faults and assure that there are friendly cooperation between different disciplines.
