Abstract

The Party Central Committee proposed great strategy of constructing socialism new countryside at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee.This action not only is advantageous to the solutionSannongthe question,narrows down the gap of the city and countryside,but also can produce positively affects and the negative effect on the rural population flow,overall speaking positively affects.Therefore,in the new rural reconstruction concrete implementation process,we can impel the rural population flow.
