Abstract

Objective: To explore the related factors of bronchiolitis developing to bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 86 children with bronchiolitis who were followed up for a long time were included into the study,chi-square test was used to compare and analyze the incidence rate of asthma, the related factors of bronchiolitis developing to bronchial asthma were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of asthma between boys and girls( P 0. 01), the incidence rate of asthma in children with family history of asthma and allergic constitution increased significantly( P 0. 01),the incidence rate of asthma in children with BCG vaccination, immunoglobulin usage, and breastfeeding decreased significantly( P 0. 01). Conclusion: The risk factors of bronchial asthma include family history of asthma and allergic constitution; BCG vaccination, immunoglobulin usage, and breastfeeding are protective factors of bronchial asthma.
