Abstract

The Total Alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides L.in HanZhong was extracted.The results showed that the optimum conditions were alcohol concertration was 65%,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶15,extraction time was 5 h,extraction temperature was 50℃,and its extracting cotent was 6.7%.
