Abstract

On the one hand,the implementation of school fees brought vitality to the education reform of university;on the other hand,it brought more pressure to the poor students who want to go school.The tuition fees collection is difficult in practice.This paper talks about the method of how to collect the tuition of the debts and discusses some problems we must care for.
