Abstract
Same stock but not same money leads to an unequal resource of the stock rights in our stock market. It also causes the problem between the state-owned shares and corporate shares. In order to make an equal stock right, same stock must pay same money, and the state-owned shares should be circulated with the corporate shares, which is the best way to reduce the state-owned shares.
