Abstract

The establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone has become an important path to promoting China’s economic reform.How to take advantage of the free trade zone in the process of adjusting the economic structure in China to upgrade China ’s economy.Based on our perspective,using qualitative and empirical analysis,to analyze its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats with a SWOT model by the management professor at the University of San Francisco Weihrich.
